As we always do when we start a new adventure we always start with Bubbles.
Arriving in Edinburgh, after a 7-hour flight overnight, we took a walk to the National Portrait Gallery. We were happy to see that even here they are fighting Trump.
After returning to the hotel for a brief nap, we had cocktails in the bar and then stopped in the Scotch Bar for some tastings of the national drink. Here are some whiskeys that are not available anywhere else, but they do ship.
